 We want you to be comfortable, dry and warm/cool during your stay. Given the weather variables in Maine, you should be prepared for warm days, cool evenings, and on occasion, a rain shower. sheets/pillow cases (queen and twin) blanket/sleeping bag pillows mattress covers towels flashlight insect repellent suntan lotion sunglasses swiss army knife laundry bag day pack water bottles for hiking tennis racket/balls hat camera water shoes/water sandals bathing suits long sleeve shirt shorts t-shirts sweatshirts sneakers socks long pants raincoat or poncho sweater light jacket bandanna pajamas toiletries teva-type sandals Some campers prefer to send their sheets, blankets, pillows, towels and/or sleeping bags ahead of them. We have found this is great solution for certain modes of travel with families (especially if Medomak is only one stopping point of an extended vacation or if small children and multiple flights are involved!). You may send packages to "Medomak Camp" via either the U.S. Mail or Federal Express and we will be happy to receive them and ship them out after your stay. Our mailing address is on our Contact Us page and we are well known by either service. Because this is a rural area please allow 10 days for your package to arrive. |
